Summer Endurance 2026

VIEW
  • All levels of participants welcome; no one gets left behind
  • Swimming instruction (stroke work, endurance, speed)
  • Open water training swims
  • Bike rides (safety, endurance, speed); weather permitting
  • Walk/Runs (technique, pacing, endurance, speed)
  • Walk/Run training lengths of 5K, 10K, 13 miles & 26.2 miles
  • Bike training lengths of 10 miles, 20 miles, 30 miles+
  • Resistance training weekly, specialized for endurance participants

Training days & times:

Tues – Walk/Run, 6-7:30pm

Thurs – Walk/Run, 6-7:30pm

Fri – 4pm (Swim)

Sat – Bike/Walk/Run, 8am  (When weather gets hotter, we will meet at 7am on Saturdays)
