Aqua Fit Deep - Tues/Thurs 10:30am
Get a great cardio workout while toning muscles and avoiding impact! This class will help you strengthen your abs, thighs, and back muscles. Great for cross-training. Floatation belts are provided, but you need to feel comfortable in deep water.

Come get a cardio and strength workout without creating impact on the joints! The variety of exercises that appropriately work range of motion have been approved and recommended by medical professionals for people who have arthritis.
