This gentle, low-impact aquatic exercise class is designed specifically for individuals living with arthritis or related conditions. This shallow-water class provides a safe and supportive environment that will help to improve flexibility, strength, joint nutrition, and performance of daily activities. Special attention to improving balance and coordination will be highlighted within this class.  Instructors are trained specifically in Arthritis Aquatics.

This invigorating deep water class offers a no-impact, full-body workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Suspended in deep water using flotation devices, participants engage in dynamic movements such as jogging, cross-country skiing, bicycling, and kicking—all adapted for the aquatic environment.

Participants must be comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts are provided.

This class is limited to 15 participants

Perfect for adults of all ages and fitness levels, especially those seeking a joint-friendly workout. No swimming skills are needed.
