A Basic Party includes space and supplies for up to 35 total guests only (adults and children). Your party room will be in our Annex and will include one hour of activity time from 2:00-3:00 pm (unless you selected Standard Party).

• Standard Party
  • 2 hours of time in the party room from 2:00-4:00pm.
  • Your choice of activities provided and facilitated by you in the room.

• Swim Party
  • 1 hour of swim time from 2:00-3:00 pm in our splash area and teaching well.
  • Access to party room from 2:00-4:00 pm
    • We strongly encourage adults to swim as well if there are more than 10 children in the pool.
    • Your party swim time will take place during our regular open swim hours. Pool with be shared with other Y participants.

• Sports Party
  • 1 hour of customized games/activities from 2:00-3:00 pm based on your child’s interests facilitated by your party specialist in one half of the gym.
  • Access to party room from 2:00-4:00 pm.

• Preschool Play and Party (ages 3-7 only)
  • 1 hour of free time in our Play and Learn Big Kid Room from 2:00-3:00 pm. This includes access to all toys and supplies already out in this space.
  • Access to party room from 2:00-4:00 pm

On the day of the party, a Y staff member will be present to set up, clean up, and help facilitate some activities. Provided in your reservation are 3 solid colored tablecloths, 35 of each plates, cups, forks, and napkins. Your child will also receive a YMCA Happy Birthday t-shirt with a matching coloring page! Please note: all food, drinks, serving utensils, themed decorations, and balloons (non-latex) should be provided by the family.

Parent/guardian may arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the start time of the party to set up.
