Fundamental Yoga Thursday 4:45PM
Fundamental Yoga is a class designed for both those new to yoga, and those with some familiarity but wishing to refine and improve their practice. Known for its focus on alignment, precision and the use of props, this class is a good place to learn the basics step by step in the Iyengar style.
Come prepared to have fun and explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga to both mind and body!

This class offers an intermediate, longer practice incorporating more challenging postures and deeper body awareness. Instruction is based on Iyengar principles, and the class will include the use of props. Previous yoga experience required.

Long Life Yoga - Tues/Thurs 9:15am
Experience the joy of yoga and the benefits of a regular practice with Long Life Yoga. The practice addresses focused breathing, easy stretching, and relaxation in a gentle and soothing environment. This class aims to bring more awareness to physical concerns and emotional well-being. Students will feel freedom to adapt the postures and movements to meet their individual needs. Students are encouraged to hear the words of the instructor but listen to their own bodies.

Yoga 1 Tuesday/Thursday 6:30PM
Yoga 1 is a basic instructional class designed for students with a foundation in Iyengar yoga and are looking to expand their understanding and depth of the practice.
Focusing on alignment, the student will become more aware of the balance and differences in the body. The use of blankets, blocks, belts, chairs or more will be used to help the student benefit from the poses.
Show up with a willingness to learn, observe and explore the different facets of the asanas.
Previous yoga experience is suggested.
