S.T.E.P.P.S. (Specialty Training Enhancing Progression Performance and Success)

This individualized and instructional program is designed to enhance your overall health and well-being in a one-on-one setting with a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist. Individuals with medically-based, specific needs and/or concerns are encouraged to use this highly-specialized training program. Components of this advanced personal training program include safe and effective training guidelines, assessments, goal-setting, and population-specific design.

This program is developed for those with special health care concerns and is geared toward clinical needs and special populations.
