Pilates Essential Matwork $ Friday 9:15am
Focusing on Pilates principles, this class can improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength in a full body experience. Pilates is a low impact class and friendly to the body. The class is a mix of essential and functional intermediate exercises with plenty of modifications offered to make the moves more or less challenging. Take it at the level that works for you! A variety of Pilates props will be used: balls, flex bands, rings, small weights and/or weighted balls.
